Collection Name from Select Features not appearing in Results as expected

Has anyone had this problem and how do I get around it?

At the end of a workflow for labels, I am using the "Select Features" Activity with a collection name set.

I set the Clear Collection First argument to "True".  When I run the workflow in SLV, the Collection Name never appears in the Table View (see below).  It is ALWAYS just the layer name. But if I look at History (see below), I can see the collection name there, but when look at Table View it is always the layer name only.  (tried running it with "Layer Name" removed from the activity with the same results).

Now to add some inconsistencies...

I change the ClearCollectionFirst to False.  Refreshed the entire application.  The first time running the workflow, the same thing happened.  Only the layer name appeared ont he table and not the Collection name. 

However, when I run the workflow again (within same session) and the clearcollectionfirst=false, the Table View finally shows the collection name (see below)!

How can I make it such that the Collection Name ALWAYS appears in the Table View?  I have tried a couple of the FeatureSetManager Commands with no luck.  Chances are I was using them incorrectly because I was unsure where they should run relative to the SelectFeatures Activity.

(by the way, the number of results that appear are as expected between using True or False for Clear CollectionsFirst). 

Using workflow 2.17, Essentials 3.13, and SLV 1.8
