GeoRSS date formats are too picky in Essentials

We've been having trouble with GeoRSS feeds and it appears Essentials is being too picky when it comes to date formats in the XML.

This date format won't work ...

2013-05-08T17:16:18+10.00

while this format works

2013-06-04T13:35:37.959+10:00

Has anyone else experienced this?

  This is a known problem and is filed in our issue tracker. We will prioritize and resolve it hopefully soon.
