Apply authentication to workflow or function

Hello,

I set up a GE site and applied security. We need a certain group of users have access to some of the functions and workflows , while other users don't (they can still see them though). At the moment to achieve this we have to set up two secured GE sites with one have all these functions and workflows and the others don't. I’m wondering is it possible to just set one site and tight the access to the workflows with the user logins? Thanks.
