Symbology scaling/re-sizing issue

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is any way to make it so the symbology resizes itself based on the zoom? 

Here is a screenshot of what i'm talking about

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzZIEAY

The symbology is currently set at size 16, which is good for when people zoom in and want to click on the individual points. 

However zoomed out it is a total mess.

Any help would be greatley appreciated!

  Laura,

  Set a reference scale on the data frame in the mxd before you publish your service.
