    Hi Jamal,

    Identify results are collected from asynchronous identify requests executed for each identifiable  Layer on your map. Those results are added to the result list on a first-come, first-served basis. What you see is perfectly normal as some searches might take more time to complete than others.

    Unfortunately, there's no way to control the order of the search/identify results. However, you can control which layers participate in the Identify tools for your site. Please refer to the Geocortex Essentials Administrator Guide under section 14.1.1 Layer Settings .

    I used to control this behavior in the ADF of the ESRI. The identified values are sorted out based on the way they are sorted in the table of content
