I’m wondering why the order (sequence) of the information are not populated (screenshots below) with unique order (sequence) as the “identify” tool is used.

Is there a way to have them ordered based on particular setting (the way the layers are ordered inside the service)?

Hi Jamal,
Identify results are collected from asynchronous identify requests executed for each identifiable Layer on your map. Those results are added to the result list on a first-come, first-served basis. What you see is perfectly normal as some searches might take more time to complete than others.
Unfortunately, there's no way to control the order of the search/identify results. However, you can control which layers participate in the Identify tools for your site. Please refer to the Geocortex Essentials Administrator Guide under section 14.1.1 Layer Settings .

Hope this helps,

Many thanks Alejandro.
I used to control this behavior in the ADF of the ESRI. The identified values are sorted out based on the way they are sorted in the table of content
