The tools of “Viewer for HTML5 1.3” don’t appear,
I have installed the Geocortex on our server (PowerEdge 910: E7-8837: 2.7GZ, 16cores) but the tools of the “Viewer for HTML” are not found (as shown in the screenshots below). In return, the tools of the Silverlight are there! Also, I could found these tools as I installed the Geocortex on other machine.
What might be the issue here?
Why the tools of “Viewer for HTML” are not there?

Hi Jamal,
The first place to start is http://support.geocortex.com/cannot-manage-viewer-for-html5-due-to-missing-content
If this doesn't work, ensure that your server can hit the ESRI Javascript libraries at //js.arcgis.com/3.6/ and //js.arcgis.com/3.6/js/esri/css/esri.css plus the Jquery library at //ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8/jquery.min.js
If your system cannot hit these resources because it isn't connected to the internet, you can get a copy of these files, place them on your server and update the URLs in the index.html for the HTML5 viewer.
Finally, you can use Fiddler as a proxy with Manager and see if there are other issues preventing the management pack from functioning. See http://support.geocortex.com/use-fiddler-as-a-proxy

Edmond

Thank you very much Edmond for the help,
Sounds that this issue is related to windows server. I tried the Geocortex on windows 2008 and 2012 and found out that the tools of the “viewer for HTML” don’t appear. In retune, it works fine with windows 7 and 8
Could this issue be related to the windows server then?
I’ll be trying also the approach that you have already provided and see if it works with me

Hi Jamal,
in general, a desktop operating system is going to be configured for the average user (and their needs) when first installed. A server OS will be more locked down out of the box - set up so it's secure and restricted. The idea here is that a capable server administrator will start with a secure system and then enable the features and permissions for that server as they need, rather than start by having to lock down the system. This philosophical approach best explains what you observed.
That being said, have you made any progrees with your servers?
regards,
Edmond

Many thanks Edmond for the prompt help,
I couldn’t figure out which setting has affected the windows server 2012 to show the HTML. It is now working fine.
