Workflow toolbar buttons appear disabled

Hi folks,

As part of the 1.3.1 maintenance release, we fixed an issue where toolbar buttons that are configured to invoke workflows would appear to be disabled, despite the fact that they could be clicked.

We've discovered that the build hosted on the downloads section of the Support Center did not include this fix. The download package has now been updated, and re-downloading and installing the package will resolve the issue, should you encounter it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
