SplashTitle.png is not coming up as the Geocortex starts,

SplashTitle.png is not coming up as the Geocortex starts,

 

The SplashTitle.png is replaced by another image (shown below) but sounds not to come up as the web application starts.

 

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e88YgEAI

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzJGEAY

 

What might be the issue here?

 

I have started the machine but the problem persists to exist

  Hi Jamal,

  We had this happen to us also. Is your new image the same size as the original???

  Try Restarting IIS so It picks up the new image SplashTile.png. Also Clear your cache and temporary internet files in the browser. This Should work then.

  Many thanks Frank for the help. Clearing the cache solved the issue. The new splashtitle does come up on start.
