Close Results Frame - Not Closing

I have a workflow accessed via I Want To and the last thing I do is use the RunExternalCommand activity with the Command Name "CloseResultsFrame". All I want left is the Map Region, so in addition, I am closing the DataFrame and Exiting the workflow too. Even if I close the results frame using the said activity, it closes, but then re-appears.

I have used this same activity in other workflows, in the middle of a workflow for example, and the Results Frame does close, but I also have the Data Frame open still.

Any insight as to why I can't seem to be left with JUST the map region?

  Hi Ryan, Rene, and Paul!

   

  Instead of using "CloseResultsFrame" try using just "CloseDataFrame". This will close the entire dataframe. I have tested this in Geocortex Essentails 4.7/ HTML5 2.8.2.

   

  Also, if you are not looking to display any results, and just want to highlight a feature and zoom to it, instead of using a SelectFeature activity, try playing around with the UpdateGraphicsLayer activity. The UpdateGraphicsLayer activity creates a graphic feature that you can zoom to without displaying any feature descriptions.
