Colors in Highlight Module don't work properly?

The fillColor in the config file for the Highlight Module doesn't do anything at all. I used the default and various values but saw no change in color. I can change the color of the borderColor but it highlights the entire circle without any border. I don't see the border either. Are there any other settings I need to config? I am using HTML Viewer 1.2.
