Porting a Site with a Site Reference?? "Bake it"

I have a site that i need to port to another server.  It has a site reference to another essentials site.  Is there a way to "Bake" a site, where you can make it totally standalone with all the copnfigured  features, even those gathered from the reference site.  that would be a good thing to have, especially viewer configs.
