map tips issue with HTML5 viewer

We have a parcel layer with a one to many data link with an assessor/owner table. Map tips for this parcel layer works great with the Silverlight viewer. For example, the map tips for a parcel with 3 owners will show info for each owner. However, map tips for the same parcel in the HTML5 viewer only shows info for one owner. Is this a shortcoming with the HTML5 viewer or is there possibly some other setting that I need to make?

We are using Essentials 3.15, Silverlight 1.10, and HTML5 1.3

  I had the same issue.  We created a work around with a basic webpage that passes directly to the assessors website.  Try it below.
