Upgrading HTML5 viewer to 1.3 - Terms of Use and Shell discrepancies

Hi,

I've recently upgraded our version of essentials 3.11 to 3.15, and our viewers from HTML5 1.1 to 1.3 and I've encountered some issues.

First of all, in attempting to upgrade the viewers using Essentials Manager I get an error message indicating that the "Viewer shells are at different versions". I've looked at the xxxxxx.json.js files for these sites and all indicate version 1.3.

-How do I fix this?

Also, does anyone know if the terms of use link (http://support.geocortex.com/terms-of-use-link) still functions at HTML5 v1.3? I don't see to have any success adding this to a xxxx.json.js file and getting a functioning site.
