Name of the layer is missing in the Geocortex when clicking “identify”,

When clicking with the identify, the values of particular fields of the attribute tables of layers are listed on the left pane. What is confusing is that the Geocortex doesn’t say the name of layers these values are coming from!

Is there some settings to show the name of the layer of the values listed in the left pane?

  Hi Jamal

  you need to configure the Layer Description in the REST Manager otherwise just the default field that would otherwise be used for labelling is shown.

  Thanks Ralph,

  I thought that there might be some workaround to show the name of the layer other than adding it in the REST.
