    Hi Jamal,

    You can change the URL that Manager launches with from the Start menu by opening the properties of the RestManager shortcut located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Post Install\RestManager.url"

    In the properties is a URL that you can change to the ip address if you prefer:

    /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltwgEAA

    Also, the error in your screen shot above looks like it might be because you are missing an extra "/" in the url. You have http:/10.110.62.82/... instead of http:// 10.110.62.82/..

    Thank you very much Victoria. This is what I have been looking for since long itme.

    Switching the URL of the RestManager (stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Post Install) to http://10.110.62.82/Geocortex/Essentials/RestManager solves my issue.
