Button of workflow gets “grey” (inactive),

I couldn’t figure out why the icon of a workflow gets deemed (greyed out) despite the fact that it is used to work fine.

No security is applied to this icon

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Jamal

  1. has that workflow been configured in that site?
  2. Id the id of it entered correctly? ie correct case, no extra space before or after it etc

  The issue here is that this icon is used to work fine. I neither touch the services nor the workflow (ParcelSearch_Arabic.xaml), nevertheless, it is greyed out.

  Sure, the workflow is added correctly to the site, viewer and as button as shown in the screenshots below:

  If you copy and paste the workflow ID, you get a space after the ID. If this is the case, remove it.
