Cached Image Service not showing in print out
We are currently using Arcgis 10.1, Geocortex 3.15, Silverlight Viewer 1.10. My issue is that we have customized our print template and were testing the print option and discovered that our imagery was not showing up in the print out page. We have a cached image service and this is the only portion that will not print. All other base map information and cache map services will print, we have tested the resolution dpi output, different formats other than .pdf and still no success. The results we are getting are shown below...
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em1PGEAY

I believe that we figured this out.
It seems to be that whether printing or exporting in Geocortex on an image service it uses the ExportImage REST endpoint request, t hus requiring access to the raw data. To get around this either give the cached imagery service access to the raw images or put your imagery into an .mxd and cache that. If the imagery is in a cached service from a published .mxd it will use the cach tiles for printing or exporting.
