Gecoder won't work in 3.15.1 HTML5 viewer

Hi, Evaluating geocortex, lots to learn.  I have a geocoding service that is functional in ArcGIS (I can use it through toolbox).  I added it to a site with an HTML5 viewer, and I can't get the global search box to find an address.  Wondering if there is some step I missed.  Documentation says that in HTML5, all you have to do is add the geocoder.... See attached.

  I had similar problems recently and would suggest trying to use Bing or ESRI's geocoding service as a troubleshooting tool. 

  http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer

  Useful to know if it is in fact a problem with Geocortex or your service.
