Issue with Date/Time field in HTML5 viewer

Hi All,

I have something odd happening... hoping there is a quick fix..

I have a mosquito inspection featureclass which is used in both a feature service and a dynamic map service on the same site.

We have a user who adds new inspections by editing the mosquito inspection layer, adding an inspection date/time and some other info.

The issue is the when the layer in the feature service is visible and also the same layer which is in the map service are selected and the user does an "identify by rectangle" the date/time field shows up differently in the results and the table.

The one in the feature service is correct, the one in the map service is incorrect.

Date in Table as seen in ArcGIS   30/10/2013 09:00:00  (NZ time here - so 30 October 2013)

FeatureService - Wednesday, 30 October 2013 9:00:00 a.m.

Dynamic Map Service - Wednesday, 10 June 2015 9:00:00 a.m.    (presumably reversing into US format and doing 10/30/2013 which equates to adding 20 months to current date giving 10/6/2015?!?!?!)

How can i get this rectified so all data shows the correct date?  (I have enabled time on both of the layers for both services.. have cleared cache and reloaded sites.. still showing incorrect data) Should there be something in the config mananger which I can alter?  why the discrepancy between the two?
