Print template not showing raster
I've created a print template which has an _MainMap control in it (it's actually the original print template provided by Latitude in an installation of Essentials). I'm using the out-of-the-box print tool in the Silverlight Viewer. It's showing the vector layers but not the raster layer. I've tried making my rasters layer map service an Operational Layer and I've also tried putting it on top of all the other map services but to no avail. It's visible in the Essentials map but just doesn't appear in the printout, whether I ouput to PDF, BMP or JPEG in Essentials. The map service itself is a regular cached ArcGIS 10.2 map service MIXED format.
I need the printout to show the raster layer.
Thanks.
Mark.

I haven't tested in the lastest version of GeoCortex, but in previous versions I could not print raster images if they were in a map service by themselves. Try putting something like a county boundary line in the map service and then try to print.

Thanks, Jimmy.
That's worked. I've added the city boundary to the map service containing the rasters (we don't have counties here in British Columbia, Canada) and now the map service is included in the printout with the rasters displayed too.
I'm using Essentials 3.15.1 and the Silverlight Viewer 1.10.
Hence, it looks like Essentials doesn't support a raster-only map service in its printing tool. Each map service must include at least one vector layer in order to appear in the printout.
Kind regards
Mark.
