SelectFeatures not reading token

We are running

• Geocortex Essential 3.15.1
• HTML5 Viewer 1.3.1
• ArcGIS Server 10.1 SP1

We have secured our ArcGIS Map Service by applying using the Users and roles from ArcGIS Server's built-in store .  A single application user is setup and used to secured the map services.

We have followed this KB article https://support.geocortex.com/using-token-secured-services-in-a-workflow to get the token the map service, and successfully applied to the token to QueryTask .

However, when we use the SelectFeatures, we are being prompted in the viewer to enter password. 

It seem to me that the token is not being passed the SelectFeatures task. Is there a fix/workaround to this?
