Getting kicked out of Rest Manager every few seconds

I can't get much done when I'm constantly getting asked to sign in again. Settings don't get saved because I rarely have enough time to apply settings and save the site. I understand it's a known bug but it isn't happening to everyone here.

I'm just wondering if anyone has found a way to avoid this problem?

  This has been solved by support. It was a permissions issue with the Geocortex folders on the server. I wish I could edit the title.

  I don't suppose for those of us who were wondering fill us in with which directory(s) and given what permissions and to what users?

  Hi Ralph,

  It was an issue with the administrator group that was setup for the Rest Manager. Support was helping me get that set up so I don't recall what the exact folder was, but they gave the group the necessary write permissions on one of the sub folders in the Geocortex application folder, rather than the main folder. So I guess if you get a similar problem just check that the admin permissions are on the full application folder.
