(Again): the Geocortex doesn’t show the value of the field set in the “feature label”,

The “feature label” is set to read from the field “ZoneClassification_Arabic”. This is supposed to override whatever settings applied either at the level of the ArcGIS Desktop (mxd) or on the ArcGIS Server (service).

The screenshots below shows that the Geocortex fials to read from the specified field.

What might be the issue here?

  It is a bit hard to read so I might be wrong here, but it looks like the attribute is coming directly from the layer, and not from a data link.  So where you have:

  {UrbanMasterPlans_Landuse.ZoneClassification_Arabic}  in your Feature Label,

  Try changing it to:

  {ZoneClassification_Arabic}

  Many thanks Stephanie for the help.

  There is a “Join” between the “UrbanMasterPlans_Landuse” layer and the “Regulations” table as shown in the screenshot below

  /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elu4kEAA

  This is why the “ZoneClassification_Arabic” field appears as UrbanMasterPlans_Landuse. ZoneClassification_Arabic

  But at the end, “UrbanMasterPlans_Landuse. ZoneClassification_Arabic” indicates for the “ZoneClassification_Arabic”

  Said that, what other issues should I consider to enforce the override in the Geocortex?
