IIS Virtual Directory Error

I'm getting an error when trying to deploy any mapviewer during the post install.  This has led to none of my web maps working.  See the link for the error.

Any and all help will be appreciated.  I'm running windows 2008 server r2 and IIS 7.0 with everything added that was asked.

  Malcome fixed me up.  It had to do with a white space in one of the site configs urls the  RestmanagerSettings.xml.  McAfee also had a hand is making my upgrades hang.
