    Hi Anjitha,

     

      Most likely the printing is timing out, but you'll need to confirm this error by examining the logs on the server located (normally) here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs . In the system log you should see the entry explaining why the printing failed.

      The reason why I suspect the print job is the size of the sheet - A0 is large so it would require a bit of time to transfer all the data to generate a map. Geocortex Essentials has a feature called "Print Jobs" that will allow you to handle this size. See the sections called "About Large-Format Printing" and "Configure a Print Template for Large-Format Printing" in the Geocortex Essentials 3.12 Administrator Guide.
