Attribute Edits Not Showing Unless Pan/Zoom

Hi,

I created two HTML5 (1.3 version) website:

   Website 1: A password-protected website that allows authorized user to edit attributes of a polygon feature layer so that it change shade color from red to blue and vice-versa.

   Website 2: A public-facing website that should reflect the updates that has been made to the polygon attributes in website 1.

The problem is when I make authorized edits to polygon attributes on website 1, changes do not show on either website unless I use pan or zoom tool. Even if I hit F5 to refresh both websites, changes still not shown unless I pan/zoom.

 

 

 

Has anyone experienced an issue like  this?

Really appreciate any help.

  Got the fix to add time (seconds) value to "update interval" in the REST Manager.

  Where is that attribute changed? I have the same issue

  Thanks for drawing this to my attention, Jeff!  This may help us with preventing our viewers from timing out.

   

  I found it under the Funtional tab when editing map services.  Seems to be only for dynamic services and it causes the viewer to send a GET request at the set interval.
