User option to print layer legend or not

Is there a way for a user to choose whether to include certain layers in the printed legend or not? 

I know that an administrator can configure that in the Manager application, but I want to give the choice to the end users.

I am currently using the Silverlight Viewer, but I thought this might apply to both viewers.
