Cannot Geocode from Global Search box

Since upgrading to Geocortex Essentials 4.0, we can't geocode addresses using the Global Search box.

For our Silverlight 1.9 Viewer, we can use the ForwardGeocode command from the "I Want To Menu" and geocoding works in ArcGIS, so we know the service is working.  We cannot geocode from the Global Search box in the HTML5 2.0 Viewer either.

Global Search works in the Silverlight 1.9 Viewer to search the fields of layers, but that's it.

Is anyone else having this issue?

(Yes, we checked the "Include in Global Search" box for the geocoding service)

  Update:

  We corrected an issue with our proxy page for the HTML5 viewer and now geocoding from the Global Search works fine in HTML5.

  Still can't do it in the Silverlight Viewer, however.
