Problem ruining the Geocortex Essentials REST manger for the first time

hello guys, 

 

we recently  received a trial version of your application, for the following user:  tporan.

 

after following the installation guide for the deployment, installation and post-installation,

 

we tried running the Geocortex Essentials REST manger and received the following error:

 

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e88UtEAI
