Site Security Geocortex 4.0

Permanently deleted user

Hi All,

Installed Geocortex 4.0/SL 2.0, Windows 2008 O/S, ArcGIS 10.2 on a new server

I setup a new site and tried to secure the site with Site "Security"

I'm getting the following error message;

"An error occurred while processing your request.  could not connect to resdi instance at localhost:6379"

Any solutions or suggestions?

  I installed Geocortex Application Services 2 during post installation and this solved the problem.

  Hi Kenneth,

  Are you using Windows Intergration to manage your site security?  We've done the typical installation of Geocortex Essentials and have ticked the box for using Windows Intergration, however when I try to apply permissions to a site, it doesn't give me a list of Windows Active Directory users as per the Silverlight Administration Guide.
