Print Template Notes

When printing out a map using the print templates, we have a notes field where users can enter a map description.

However, once you print a map, and go back to the dialog to print a new one, the text from the previous notes remains in the print dialog.

Is there a way to clear it out everytime the Print map option is clicked?
