General Printing problem - Map, Overview map, and legend are not visible

When I print a map using the printmap activity it doesnt display the map, the overview map, or the legend information anymore.  Its as if the print template is not accepting the data from the map.  I am using the HTML 5 1.3.  It worked 2 weeks ago and there have been no changes in essentials or the viewer or the print templates.  I am not sure why it stopped sending the data to the templates.  Please Help!!

  I'll add to this thread.  I see the same issue with the printing templates.  Using Essentials 4, Silverlight 2.1, HTML5 2.1.  The _MainMap frame will not display the map.  Now, I've track this down to the fact that it will not display any 'Tiled Map Service' data, but will display 'Dynamic Map Service' data.  So any base map we use will not display in the printed image.  An oddity to this is that our _OverviewMap area in the print template, does display the base map.

  I had seen the note that the print image needs to be at 96DPI to use the cached data tiles effectively, but even with this resolution setting we are still missing the base image.  Not sure if this is the same issue that Greg is having, but it sounds similar.  Hope there is a work around.
