Geocortex issue with the machine name and IP address in 4.0

Geocortex issue with the machine name and IP address in 4.0,

Something wired happens with my Geocortex application in 4.0.

As the application starts, it takes the IP address of the machine (10.110.62.82).

Then it switches back to take the full computer name with its domain (jamal-server2.molg-eng)

in the link above, replacing the jamal-server2.molg-eng with 10.110.62.82 solves the issue

my issue here, why the links is switched to the full computer machine? How to stop this behavior?
