Routing error message

I'm using the Routing workflow that is posted in the Code Gallery. I'm using our Geometry, geocode, and Routing services. The workflow gets to the RouteTask and is not successful. I went back to the original workflow (uses ArcGIS online services) and ran it and it fails at the RouteTask also. My routing service does work, I can create a route with the my routing geoprocessing ESRI rest end point. My Essentials version is 3.15.1. 

Fiddler returns - http:// ourserver /Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/KGIS_Advanced_Maps/workflows/routing/run?ts=635336823102430000&v=3.0

Has anyone got any ideas?
