Main map, Scale, North Arrow Doesn't appear in report

I created a test report in the report designer, it includes 4 textboxes that read from 4 fields, a north arrow, map scale, and a main map. I added this report to a layer in the Essential Manager, and used it in the application. The resulted report shows only the textboxes values, and the remaining items don’t appear. I added this report (as it, without any changes) as a printing template; the map and north arrow appeared there. What should I do to make them appear in the report?? Screen Shots below.
