MapTips Pixel Tolerance
Is there a way or setting in the HTML5 viewer (currently we have 2.1) to adjust the pixel tolerances for the MapTips functions to increase the usability? Currently we return a lot of 'No Results' when a user clicks on an icon within the map, but not specifically on the feature point. Was wondering if there was a way to increase that pixel tolerance to improve results.
Thanks,
Brian

Great. I was wondering if the 'Identify' pixel tolerance would impact the MapTip functions. I'll give that adjustment a try.
Thanks!

Thanks again Jordan, that seems to have done the trick. I just boosted that pixel tolerance up and it helped significantly on the iPad for hitting a specific point. The app we are building is for kids at a festival related to booths in a park, so adjusting this for a little less accurate clientel was just what we need.
Thanks!

Happy to help! I'm curious now about your app -- it sounds like fun!

Jordan,
Happy to share. I'll send it along to Scott Stafford-Veale and he can pass that along to you. It will be live for the local festival on April 30th.
Thanks again!

is there a way to prevent map tips from coming up when there is no data present and the user clicks? 0 -
