Legend won't display when using Identity Service

Using HTML5 Viewer 2.0 with Geocortex 4.0.2

When security is enabled using Geocortex Identity server, the Legend in the side panel will not list the features or show their symbology.  It only shows the Map service name.  It will show the symbologies for the Feature service that is added, however.  It also always shows the Legend correctly in the print template when printing and everything is diplaying in the map frame correctly.  Is there a security setting that needs to be adjusted to view the Legend?

With security it also looks like the formatting is off, like the text is too far to the right:
