Cashed image doesn’t appear on 1:500 scale in the Geocortex,

Despite the fact that the image is cashed on 1:500 and appears at the level of ArcGIS Server, this image doesn’t appear on the Geocortex as the scale is set to be 1:500 as shown in the screenshots below:

By the way, the image appears on 1:501 scale!
