Open Token hyperlink in blank page

If i use a token e.g. {Image3} as a hyperlink in the Feature Description with test that reads "View Photo"  is there any way i can get that token link {image3} to open in a blank page? I've tried variations of token and target="_blank" but haven't gotten anywhere.  There must be a way to do this?
