Essential Multiple Instances

Hello, I've installed to instances of Essential on the same server and both are working fine. Though, it requires that a Server's Administrator logs in to Manager and I didn't find the way to restrict access to single Instances for different Administrators. I would like to have each server user access to only one instance on Manager. Someone can help?

  Hi Guido,

  Each instance of Essentials will have a web.config file for Manager, which has a setting where you can set the group of users who are allowed to log in to that instance of Manager. By default this is set to BUILTIN\Administrators, but you could change it to a role that only contains the user(s) who would be allowed to log in to that instance.

  The web.config file in the default instance is located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\Web.config", and they key that you would change is <add key="AdminRoleName" value="BUILTIN\Administrators" />.
