    Do you have ClientAccessPolicy.xml or CrossDomain.xml file(s) deployed to the root of the web server hosting your viewer?

    Sure! These two files (clientaccesspolicy.xml and crossdomain.xml) are created at the step of post installation as shown in the screenshots below

    What other issues should I check?
