GE 4.0 - Attribute table does not pop up on polygon layer
We recently upgraded our viewer application to Geocortex Essential 4.0 with Siliverlight 2.1. When using what's here tool to identify a feature on a polygon layer, the attribute table won't pop up after clicking on the result feature name. For example, we have a parcel layer, it shows the following result with what's here tool:
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltfzEAA
when clicking on the feature label, nothing happens. We only get the attribute table when switch to table view. This behavior only happens to polygon layers, when we use ID tool to identify features on point layers or line layers,we see the attribute window pop up.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue? Or if this is a feature change made to Geocortex Essential 4.0? The previous version 3.14 does display attribute window when using ID tool to identify features on polygon layers.

Hi Jin,
Are you using ArcGIS Server 10.2.2? Identify results from ArcGIS 10.2.2 services no longer return the spatial reference, and version 2.1 of our Silverlight Viewer expects this property on polygon features, which is why it chokes and doesn't let you open the Feature Details window. We have accounted for this change in version 2.2 of the Silverlight Viewer, so if you upgrade to that version, this problem should be resolved.

Thanks for your response, yes, we are using ArcGIS server to 10.2.2. Do we have to upgrade Geocortex Essentials to 4.1 or later version to in order to upgrae sillver light viewer to 2.2?

Hi Jin,
Yes, version 2.2 of the Silverlight Veiwer requires version 4.1 of Essentials if you manage your viewers using Essentials Manager. Please see the Silverlight Viewer Installation Guide for further requirements and instructions.
