Buffer Task failed using ArcGIS 10.2.2 Geometry Service
Hi All,
My Buffer Task activity fails when I use a ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 Geometry Service. The service is not secured but only accessible through the company network. So the url is: http://mygisserver:6080/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/Geometry/GeometryServer. The buffer task works fine using a ArcGIS 10.0 geometry service. We are using GE 4.1.2 / SL2.2. We see the same thing happening in GE 3.15.1/SL1.10 when I point my workflow containing the buffer activity to use the 10.2.2 geometry service.
Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi All,
Figured out why the Buffer task was not working with our ArcGIS server 10.2.2 default geometry service. In the buffer task, we had to set the 'Buffer Spatial Reference' in the InArguments of the activity. We did not have to set this parameter when using a 10.0 geometry service.
