Zoom to Feature Problem
My system: GeoCortex Essentials 4.0 & HTML5 Viewer 2.0
I am suddenly having an issue where I identity a feature, the results show in the results pane, but when I click on the result to get to the zoom to feature in the action pane, the map redraws but draws blank. No features or basemap are shown. Additionally clicking zoom to feature does nothing, it is as if the buttons have become unresponsive.
I believe this functionality was working for me before. One configuration change that was recently made was to add an additional ArcServer machine to our ArcServer Site. Previously we only had one ArcServer machine hosting the services. I am not sure if this is the cause of my problem, because the features initially draw and are queryable. It is after I select one of my Greenseams or Green Infrastructure features, then attempt to zoom to the feature that my problem occurs.
Here is a link to my site, so you can try for yourself to see the issue.

Any direction as to where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Jon

Did you recently upgrade the version of AGS on any of the machines? This issue sounds familiar to one we discovered with AGS 10.2.2 and Esri's JavaScript API.
It seems that AGS 10.2.2 no longer returns spatial references on Identify results. Esri's JavaScript API then assigns an SR of 4326 by default.
We worked around this in version 2.2 of the HTML5 viewer by attaching the map's spatial reference to incoming identify results that don't have one.

Jason is right on the money.
I did upgrade my ArcServers to 10.2.2 and that is when the problem started.
I upgraded my Essentials to 4.1.3 and my HTML5 viewer to 2.2 and my problems are resolved.
Thanks for your help.
