PrintMap questions
I have a couple questions about the PrintMap workflow activity that I'm hoping someone can give some clarification on.
1) It doesn't appear that the PrintMap activity will honour async printing. It will not prompt to enter an email address if the print template is configured for print jobs using Essentials Manager. There is an input argument for Notification Email Address within the activity itself, but it won't automatically display a textbox to enter it.
Is this a known issue (I did search but didn't find anything specific to this issue).
2) The PrintMap activity does not seem to allow you to display it within a container. I have ConfigureWorkflowContainer in my sequence, but the PrintMap activity does not seem to have any option for specifying the container to display it in, so by default it pops up in the middle of the screen. I'd rather have it show up on the side within the container I defined.
Is there any way to specify the container it should appear in?

I should have mentioned that I am seeing these behaviours when using the HTML5 v.2.1 viewer. It appears to be working properly in the SL 2.1 viewer.

Okay, I got things a bit mixed up (too much or too little coffee). I had created a new workflow that included the PrintMap activity but somehow my site didn't get updated when I replaced the default PrintMap activity with my new one.
My questions are still valid though.
In the HTML5 viewer, using the default print activity, it will not display a text box for your email address when the print template is set up for asynchronous printing. The Silverlight viewer DOES correctly show this text box though. So.... is this a known issue with the HTML5 viewer?
And #2, in the HTML5 viewer is there a way to make the default print map dialog display in the left-hand container where other tasks do (TOC, identify results, etc.) instead of popping up in the middle of the screen?
