Setting a scale for “initial extent”,

I couldn’t figure out how to set the a particular scale for the “initial extent”. For example, I need the web application to start with a scale of 1:500 precisely.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltymEAA

Is that possible?

  Unfortunately, this is one of many important questions that haven’t been answered.

   

  I hope that the coming releases of GE will contain heavy enhancement
