Legend in current scope (GE-3490)

Only print the legend for whatever layers are in the current view\scope.

This enhancement would add significant complexity to printing and would negatively impact its performance. It's something that we're keeping in mind for future development, but there is no plan to implement this currently. 0 -

This is a pretty basic request. A legend that is useless is pretty much that, useless.
I would say if it affects performance, provide the user the opportunity to turn this feature on/off within the workflow or report designer. Have it set as default off so that the rendering of the print document only reviews all features if the user needs the functionality. Not every map would necessary need this, especially if it is custom built. However, when you do need this functionality, it is critical. As I stated earlier

agree with Eric, could just leave that as an option for user turn on/off. If it's not technique difficulty but just performance concern, then at least leave user to make decision. 0 -
This is much needed within our organization as well.
And also agree with Eric. For our application, the legend content is more of a factor than the performance issue .0 -
This is an essential tool for our users, actually we are considering an another webGIS soulution if it is not be solved in HTML5 for GeoCorex.
Our users wants:
1- An option which a layr is included in legend or not.(This option is in Essential and only for administrators now).
2- A dynamic legend which interact with curent view (Shows only that legends which are in the print view).0 -
My users would be perfectly content waiting two or even three times as long for a print if it included a useful legend. The way it is now if they have more than a few layers turned on the legend overuns the availble area with things not even on the map. 0 -
