    Hi Jeff,

Can you provide some more details on your environment? I recently set up a workflow that contains a Display Form activity with a File Picker. It shows up and works on my desktop, running Chrome 35, IE 10, and Firefox 30. I also tried opening it in Safari 5.1.7, but it explicitly states "The file picker is not supported by your browser" in the form.

We've found the FilePicker does not display in IE8.  Current versions of most browsers should work.

Does anyone have a workaround for using File Picker in IE9 for the HTML5 viewer? I don't foresee our agency upgrading to IE10 for quite some time.

Is anyone experiencing display issues with the File Picker form item recently.  I'm using Essentials 4.3.1 and GVH 2.4.1 and am getting text overlap with the button controls.  I've tested with I.E. 10.0.9200 and Chrome 43.0.2357 as shown below.

    Regards, Rick

I've noticed that the FilePicker is very hit and miss on our iPad Air 2s. You can tap away at it and sometimes have it open first try, other times, never. It's frustrating for users as this is an important part of their workflow. We've told them to relaunch the site to get it to work.

We're running 4.3.0 and GVH 2.3.3. Not exactly sure the version of Safari on the iPads but we're currently on iOS 8.3

    Regards, Geoff

Haven't been able to find an official solution to this problem either. Geocortex has stated that at least one of the recent releases should have improved this issue, but I am finding that it still occurs just as frequently.

One thing I have found is that if you hold your finger on the 'Choose FIle' button and gently drag your finger left or right, the file dialog will almost always open. You just have to be careful not to move your finger up or down, which will cause it to not work. This is on iPad Air first gen by the way.

Not the best solution, but certainly a useful workaround, at least for us.
