Instant Search - Secure Services and Numeric Fields?
A couple of instant search questions --
1. Does the Instant Search support secured AGS services? The progress on my service in a secured AGS folder accessed via token still reads 0% after more than a week.
2. Does it support numeric fields?
Normal Global Searches work for both of these situations, but nothing on the instant search.

Did you have any luck resolving this? I too am trying to index a token secured service with only 7000 records. It just says 0%... Not sure what I'm missing here.

I did get an answer - no secured services are not supported but it is in the works.

To bad, all of my services are secured. My standard global search does not seem to be working any more either on the same service. Did you notice this as well?

I had the same thing happen I think when trying to global search my secured service, no results. You have to uncheck the instant search but leave the global search on and it will work again.

Can anyone confirm if the instant search is working on a numerical field? I added a 'double' field into instant search but it's not populating the auto complete list when i start entering the numbers on the global search box.
