invalid token in console started this week

I already have this being looked at by Geocortex but I was wondering if it was just something on my ArcGIS server or was something that ESRI changed. I know that ESRI likes to make releases during the conference and this Monday, suddenly I started getting invalid token errors in my console logs when trying to load my app. Its loading the appcache, but when it gets down to some functions with js.arcgis.gom/3.9, it errors out like it can't communicate correctly with ESRI. Result is my offline tpk file fails to render correctly and the app crashes. Server is at 10.2.2 (with ArcSDE patch for Oracle) and Html5 2.2. Just want to know if it is just me :(
